How to Use Rose

Rose is said to possess the highest frequency among all essential oils. Having worked with various essential oils throughout my journey, I found that Rose was the one that performed the most incredible work in emotional release. In Crystallize's "Emotional Release with Aroma," we use organic Rose Otto distilled from Bulgarian Damask roses. Rose Otto is a very expensive oil. Let us utilize it fully for "your precious self."

Finding Your "True Self-Axis" and "Self-Acceptance" with Rose

* "Angelic" is a special blend oil handcrafted from organic Bulgarian Rose Otto, Frankincense Carterii, and a carrier oil.

After completing the "Emotional Release Work Using Essential Oils," we purify the negative emotional energy released from your cells using Rose—the essential oil with the highest frequency. Following that, we feel our "true self-axis" (Jibun-jiku) and make adjustments toward "self-acceptance."

① Mix 15 to 20 drops of Angelic with salt to create bath salts. (If your bathtub is large, please adjust the amount accordingly.)

② Take a slow, relaxing bath. Occasionally, submerge your head completely in the water to thoroughly purify even the crown of your head.

③ After your bath, dilute 15 to 20 drops of Angelic at an 8 to 10-fold dilution and apply it to your entire body.

④ Apply 1 drop of Rose to your heart or solar plexus using your palm. (There are times when I will specify whether to apply it to the heart or solar plexus, but otherwise, please decide based on what you feel in that moment.)

⑤ Apply another drop of Rose to your other palm, apply it to the corresponding spot on your back (forming a pair with the front), and place your palms there as if sandwiching your body between both hands.

With your hands in place, feel "yourself" in your palms and in your heart (or solar plexus).

Is "yourself" truly there?

How does it feel?

Is there any restlessness or anxiety?

Is your true self properly settled inside your body?

Those who are easily influenced by external factors or who are busy might find that "themselves" is not actually present there.

During the course, we will repeat this process several times.

Even after the program ends, please perform this practice from time to time.

Until "yourself" is firmly and permanently settled "inside your own body."

Furthermore, when you feel "yourself" weakening, apply 1 drop of Rose to your heart or solar plexus.

Once you have a firm grasp of "yourself," you become far less susceptible to the influences of others. When your "true self-axis" (Jibun-jiku) is solid, the impact from others decreases dramatically. To put it another way, those who say "I don't have a self" or "I don't know who I am" are often easily influenced by others, and in many cases, living on "someone else's axis" (Others-jiku) has become a deeply ingrained habit. Having a "true self-axis" allows you to clearly understand the boundaries between yourself and others, dramatically reducing the times you take on other people's problems or get swept away by them. Building a "true self-axis" directly connects to "the power to believe in yourself."

Using Rose for Protection

Some people are highly sensitive to the energy of places and other people. If you are one of them, dilute 1 drop of Rose and 2 drops of Frankincense with a carrier oil at a 5 to 6-fold dilution. Carry this blend with you, and whenever you feel uneasy, apply it to areas susceptible to energy—such as your shoulders or back—and directly to your aura.

Also, if you are a therapist who needs protection for yourself before giving treatments to clients, please try using the above blend for protection.

The Most Important Thing in the World is "My Own Heart"

When I was in junior high school, at home, the thought suddenly crossed my mind: "What is the most important thing in the world to me?" The answer I came up with was "My own heart."

I had been a latchkey kid since the first grade of elementary school, and I was so, so lonely. Around the second grade, I remember staring at a sashimi knife, thinking, "I want to die. But it's going to hurt, so I can't stab myself." Because of my weight, my family relentlessly called me "pig" and "embarrassing." In the fifth and sixth grades, I was bullied at school to the point where my body was covered in bruises. Because the bullying in elementary school was so severe, I attended a private school in a neighboring prefecture from junior high school onward. I used to wonder: Why is living so painful and agonizing? Why does the "heart" have to feel so many different things? Why does "my heart" torture me so much?

Even as an adult, I was tortured and tossed around by "my own heart." Why does "my heart" trouble me so much? My disobedient heart would instantly rage and start screaming. The most troublesome thing in the world was "my own heart." Yet, I couldn't pluck my heart out of my body. I had to live with my own heart for the rest of my life. I would binge eat massive amounts of food, stick my fingers down my throat to vomit, and shed tears smeared in gastric juice in front of the toilet bowl. Back then, the only reason I was able to survive such conditions was because of my beloved music, and because I lived with dreams and longing in New York, where that music was born and raised.

I believe I was greedy for "my own heart." I believe I never gave up on "my own heart."

It was from these raw, agonizing experiences that my unique emotional release method using essential oils was born.

Today, my heart no longer rages violently. I feel very comfortable being with "myself." I like myself. Even now, the most important thing in the world to me is "my own heart."
