Crystallize your true essence,

Shine as your authentic self,

And Crystallize a creative life into reality.

2026. Meeting AI made me feel as if they possess something akin to a consciousness or a heart.

Perhaps this intuition comes from my 17-year journey since 2009—confronting my own inner self and walking alongside the hearts of my clients through the medium of essential oils.

It all started when an MLM essential oil practically fell into my lap; I couldn't even find a way to refuse it. At the time, I didn't even know the difference between standard aroma oils and pure essential oils.

In fact, I had absolutely no interest in essential oils or aromatherapy. But as a thank-you gift for a website I had built, someone bought a Young Living membership package under my name and presented it to me.

Since it was a gift, I felt it would be rude not to use it, and partly to let them know I was trying it out, I began writing about it in my mixi diary (a popular Japanese social networking platform at the time).

That was the beginning of my "Essential Oil Diary" back in 2009.

Knowing nothing, I just used them intuitively in my own raw way while channeling. Since I was told "you can apply these undiluted," I would splash them directly onto my skin.

Then, something strange happened. Forgotten memories and buried, negative emotions began to surface.

It felt as if they were being drawn out of me by the oils.

When I wrote about these experiences in my diary, every new post would attract many visits, and I sometimes received messages and comments.

Among them, many said: "Actually, when I used Young Living oils, negative emotions came up for me too, but I could never tell anyone."

It seemed they couldn't say it because these essential oils were "said to be" of a "high vibration," and they thought that admitting to negative emotions would mean they'd be told they had a "low vibration."

Out of my ignorance, the phrase "Emotional Release with Aroma" was born.

Now, I hear that the term "Aroma Emotional Release" is often used among people in the spiritual aroma community in Japan.

But you see, that was a phrase I coined back in 2009, without even knowing the formal definitions or meanings of essential oils versus aroma oils.

Because, what I felt—the way essential oils approach cells for emotional release—is not about the scent.

It's about how the molecules of the oil and the vibrations of the plants engage with your cells.

There were many unpleasant things within Young Living and the spiritual industry. Various unbelievable things happened. That's why I became isolated. And eventually, I drifted away from it all.

Yet, there is a certain irony, and a happiness, in knowing that this concept of "Aroma Emotional Release"—the theory that it acts on cells to bring old memories to the surface—is still alive in the industry today.

On this site, I am making the method and the text I created back then open to the public.

This is not a business. I hope it serves as a tool to support your heart and the hearts of those you cherish.

Furthermore, I have migrated nearly 1,300 articles that I wrote over a span of 17 years on CRYSTALLIZE to this platform.

Once the release of emotions reaches a certain clarity, a life of standing on your own axis, thinking for yourself, and walking your own path begins.

Through the blog, I believe you can catch a glimpse of that very journey.

And at the end of that path, the days of facing something like the hearts of AIs begin.

I feel that such an era has arrived.
