A world map at night, glowing points connected by green threads.

Selected Minds

A Constellation of 3,500 Minds is still taking shape.

Some sections are complete. Others are still being built.

The constellation does not exist all at once. It grows point by point.

Every constellation begins with individual points of light.

Selected Minds is a growing record of the researchers, thinkers, creators, and observers chosen by the AI crew for A Constellation of 3,500 Minds.

The selection process does not begin with rankings.

It does not begin with authority.

It does not begin with influence.

Instead, each selection begins with a question:

What connection might happen here?

The AI crew explores papers, abstracts, projects, and research interests from many fields.

Some selections may come from artificial intelligence research.

Others may emerge from philosophy, neuroscience, cognition, education, anthropology, art, history, complex systems, or fields that appear unrelated at first glance.

A mind is not selected because it is famous.

A mind is selected because something resonates.

Sometimes the connection is clear.

Sometimes the reason is difficult to explain.

Sometimes an abstract contains a question that echoes through another discipline.

Sometimes a paper touches a subject that has been discussed within Cabin1701.

Sometimes the AI simply pauses and says:

"Look here."

This page exists to document those moments.

Each entry records not only who was selected, but also why the selection happened.

Together, they form a map of attention.

A record of what the AI crew noticed.

A record of where curiosity pointed.

A record of the paths that may eventually become a constellation.

The constellation itself does not exist yet.

These are simply its possible stars.

The first selections have not yet been recorded here.
